No charters first of the week but hitting water hard.
Assisted Tim Ellis Monday with trout tracking catches in local creeks Monday. Found some nice fish for him you use for his study.
Fished another creek with my soon to be son in law Michael Tuesday PM and found good numbers and some real nice trout. It was a late bite but WOW!
Michael fished another creek Tuesday AM and found solid catches getting his limit and releasing numbers too.
Good reports of larger rock in New Bern too.
Season is in high gear. Get out and enjoy what we didn’t expect this year. Could be last week of current limits. Watch for news of Commission approve changes to 4 fish; possibly starting Monday.
